Outpatient services
Dr Cid Serra sees outpatients at Suite 9.3, Danks Wing, Epworth Richmond. The rooms can be found on the ninth floor, using the lifts nearest the hospital's main reception area. The rooms are wheelchair accessible. Paid car parking is available in the hospital carpark and the surrounding streets. Public transport access is via the route 48 or 75 trams (stop 15).
Pathology, radiology, and pharmacy services are available on-site.

Fees
Dr Cid Serra does not charge an out-of-pocket "gap" for inpatient consultations, which will be billed directly to your insurer. Uninsured patients will be charged the equivalent of the AHSA benefit.
All appointments (face-to-face and telehealth) attract a private fee, which is payable on the day of appointment via credit or debit card:

Complex initial consultation (60min) $475
Standard review consultation $150
Complex review consultation (30 min) $250
Medicare rebates apply to all services with a valid referral. Medicare claims will be submitted by administrative staff and paid into the bank account you have provided to Medicare.
Medicare-ineligible patients will be charged a fee equal to the Medicare rebate for the relevant consultation.
Patients seeking reimbursement for fees from Workcover or TAC will be given an invoice for use in making a claim.
